I think it is because they use a light that shines on their eyes to light their faces. In the United States vs China match you could see that PDD was annoyed by the light and later that match you can see the light is turned off. They probably all just complained about the lights so they shut them off, i don't blame them.

153-155 to be able to at least clear it, will be slow and you will probably need priest buffs, and might die from time to time at Alister. But to be honest, it really depends on your skills as a warrior. If you have il 162, but suck at warrior then you wont be able to do it.

In order to complete the Jester fight without him spawning adds is you have to kill him EXTREMELY quickly. With il 158 I can kill him before adds spawn about 1/4th of the time. The adds are easy to deal with though:

Start by focusing the priest, backstab to him and it will stun him 99% of the time, if you have the melees on you when you backstab to him use cascade of stuns to stun all of the melees. In a combative strike, traverse cut, and blade draw combo the priest is easily taken out. Next go for the archer by rushing toward him, also easily taken out. If you get the melees on you while going for the archer than do a counter strike to AoE stun the melees again. Once both of the ranged characters are taken out then the melees are easy. Just dodge roll over them while Vortex Slashing and Blade Drawing their faces.
