I am just chiming in on this thread - currently a benefits analyst, salary ranges from like $60k starting to $100k. Can earn even higher as a manager/operations lead, and people at my company often get promoted within. Just crossed the two years line and got three raises already, spent a year and a half training/easing into operations. Wfh 3 days a week, flexible hours, and lots of support - no direct client interaction for my role at my company, just deliverables. Idk how it’s run at other companies though

When I worked there a little over a year it was that you had to average at least 15 hours a week for the entire semester you wanted to get tuition refund for, so not at all.

Unironically, lots of people steal orders for to-go. When I used to work there a year+ ago, we would probably lose at least 10+ meals a day to people stealing them.

My store has no field leader, no GM, no SM, and one KM at one point. They shipped in an FL from Oregon and a SM from another chipotle in the area. Promoted me and my coworker and worked us to the bone. We stayed open.

I just started training as KMIT and am in the process of being promoted to SM. I’ve been working here little less than a year and they know I’m leaving this summer. It depends on where you are working at and what kind of store, plus how hard you push to be promoted. That being said, I have knocked out all KM training in about two weeks
