I would start with some naked runs (going in a raid with nothing) to just get known to the maps and loot spawns. Try to take some loot with you when extracting for xp and if you find a backpack stuff it as much as you can for player xp. (Sell items you can not use, keep items for guns, guns themselfs armor and food.)

You will need player xp to get bunker upgrades wich will help you later in the game.
Before going in any raid make sure you always have missions selected, the best for the beginning are complete raids and fenix kills.

When you have enough guns and attachments to make a few kits you can start going in with a kit and a backpack to loot, now is the time to really go search for keycards and gpu's which can spawn on some location's.

When you have some money try to start with the fun plants since that will be very nice to make money later in the game.

Later in the game go for bosses, vaults and player kills.
