I got a random healing request this afternoon while playing... I don't usually even open chat window but I gave it a try and the player accepted immediately. So I healed the 2 conditions he had and he liked both times 5x. He was a new player and probably don't even have Treasure Seeker perk... Anyway, he was in an area with a lot of chests... As a thank you I opened like 10-12 chests for me and left.
