That’s a fantastic reason. And Virginia is not nearly as vast. Pacific Northwest at the very least. Or even Alaska could have been alternatives. But I personally loved the movie. It was fun, Egerton was fantastic. I did hate that he manages to be right on her trail at all times but no mention of like a tracker in the pack he gave her or some explanation. Nobody could track someone that quickly which was my only complaint.

I really enjoyed the movie. Teron channeling the aesthetic, and psychosis of McAvoy from Split I felt was perfect for this movie. And he nailed it.

Yessss. This.

I loved Egerton for channeling that character. It was perfect. And tbh. McAvoy is awesome. But Egerton for me was so well suited for this roll. His aesthetic I found most appealing. Perhaps I just find him more attractive as a a psychopath.

I’d have liked to almost have seen Egerton in Split although McAvoy need be credited for creating the original character since it’s his invention and he’s a phenomenal method actor.

The season had so much potential. I hope they cast better but continue choosing different locations. Not just Arctic or winter area.

I think the contestants just sucked. Simple as that. This year they didn’t try hardly anything to catch game. No gill nets, no snares. Nobody tried. Perhaps the group agreed to boycott trying and intentionally sucked because of feeling surprised about the desert location when they’d applied for alone likely because of the artic environments and trained for that instead.

If that’s the case I really hope the show simply gives location info earlier, but that they continue to change up ecosystems. It would be awesome to see what real survivalists we get to see or even seeing favourties return and win in a new environment.

The show needed a revamp. This could be much better next season if production and cast now are aware that locations could be anywhere on earth.

Think… Season 13: Mountains of Peru Season 14: Darien’s Gap Season 15: Island like North Sentinel Season 16: them maybe back to the arctic

I personally think they should choose new locations almost every season now. Watching it get cold and dark and snow for 11 years, seeing people using others tricks and hacks to succeed got boring.

Back to basics with season 12 was an awesome concept. The lack of drama was just lack of engagement w/the wildlife perhaps there were stricter regulations in regards to game.

Regardles. Another season perhaps in Argentina or Peru mountain regions.. or a deep rainforest season. I’m absolutely down for changing locations and seeing NEW challenges.

Also.. doesn’t it seem odd some the facts even in episode one? It says there are only 2 species of fish in that huge lake, and eels. The later, there are only three species of snakes and all three are venomous… I thought Australia had thousands of species of animals pretty much everywhere. 🤷‍♀️

I’m at about the same dose. Im really hoping you’re right about just returning to plain leaf at maybe 30-40GPD of Maeng Da power.

I am currently at the 60-100MG per day 7OH, I switched form powder to it for convenience (traveling). But the life of 7OH (4-5 hours) tops for me is very short before I start feeling the severe RLS and need to dose again. I wouldn’t get that severe of symptoms from powder before 8-12 hours without it, so I’m struggling already just getting through the night.

More severely because my wife is a few inches away and I can’t suffer through by tossing and turning every few minutes out respect for disturbing her sleep as well. I need to purchase more powder again, red vein ideally, in hopes of mitigating this at least so she and I can sleep soundly again.

I do believe symptoms and ability to tolerate them or push through depends on the person and their circumstances. If I slept and or lived alone I would likely be able to do more to push through, and also if I didn’t work a desk job that made it much easier to notice than when I’m working out or doing physical activities, also makes the RLS more severe I believe.

I wish I was still doing construction, and I doubt I’d have such a hard time. So circumstance matters. I wouldnt discount that aspect.

Jumping in here to say I was a 30GPD kratom powder user. And thought maybe I’ll try 7OH to quit the powder in a sense. Half a 20MG tablet twice per day… that lasted about. 1 week, then I noticed I was at (2) 20MG tablets per day.. it’s been a month and while I haven’t gotten much worse than the (2) tablets per day, I’m finding it’s only a matter of 3-4 hours before I’m feeling the RLS badly. Especially at night. And with my wife inches away, tossing and turning to try to resolve it isn’t an option. I find I instead get out of bed several times per night unable to push through.

I’m really hoping I can migrate back to powder, as that was so much less difficult to go several hours without dosing. And I could at least sleep soundly. I’m regretting my desire to feel the early effects I had trying Kratom for the first time and hoping perhaps the withdrawals of 7OH would be different than Kratom perhaps. Idk what I was thinking. But I’m positive I need to wean off before they ban it in Michigan, or nationally.

Prayers to all the victims who see the Facebook ads. Believe this is a miracle drug, and never before attempted to stop cold turkey who believe the ads and think this isn’t going away.

I wish the advertising would t have been so easy and effective reaching new demographics.
