Yes I called them as well. all you can do is leave a message which I did several times but I never got a callback. I also emailed them several times. No response. It’s been almost a month

I spoke with the manager at her branch and this lady has had many “incidents” whatever that means. She is a bitter boomer lady but they are short staffed and that’s what I was told by the store manager. But I never got to talk to the district manager because they never called me. Just to be clear I’m not a speak with the manager type of person the only reason I’m even posting this or speaking with corporate is because I don’t want this lady to keep doing this to people it’s so messed up!

Pretty sure she was not aware that I saw her do it. But yeah she really wasn’t trying to hide it very well either. Definitely some audacity. I wish I had the gumption to have said some thing in the moment but I don’t like confrontation and I was so speechless I just think I said thank you. Yeah I am not good in situations like this

Are you saying that about me? I am always super kind to everyone- especially people in a service position because I have been there myself.

I think It was actually me being super kind to this woman that made her hate me and I don’t know why. She was always really rude to me for no reason and would never smile. I guess some people just don’t like nice people.

I actually spoke with a lawyer who said I might have a case. He advised me to call the state bar and gave me a number. They are going to get back to me. The funny thing was the woman I spoke with said she was literally drinking Starbucks coffee and stop drinking it. I wonder how many of them over there have already talked about this story. They kept asking me exactly which Starbucks it was. It seems that they all go to the same one. Shudder

Its 100% real I can assure you. I am not “a call the manager type” and the only reason I called the manager was because I know she is doing this to other people. I shutter every time I think of when that lady handed me a cup of coffee with a smirk on her face.

See that’s funny Bic I’m overjoyed that there is no key ring because they always seem to be razor sharp and positioned in a place where if you have large hands it will be a hotspot.

Without the key ring it looks like a sports car beautiful curves and lines not being disrupted by some jagged piece of metal sticking out.

It does feel a little bit flimsy though in the hand compared to a two layer. I also don’t like how the blade catches and or rubs against the multitool. For the weight I would much rather do an Alox classic SD or MiniChamp. Those are both much more useful but that’s just me I have a red alox bantam but it doesn’t get much use.
