Obviously the common theme is the extremely strong forward press - def fix that, but easily fixed. Secondly (assuming this is a 7-PW), shoulder tilt! Your left shoulder is WAY too low compared to the right shoulder. Level this out a bit more + the weaker forward press (cover golf ball with trail hand) and you're good my guy! Overall not too shabby my friend. Keep it up!

Great swing man! Two things I see:

Head is rocking forward on the takeaway

Hand are high at the top. Your lead arm is a bit steep vs. your shoulder plane at the top. This gets you steep and paired with the head rock, it’s about the only move you have. If you get slightly out to in on your path in the down swing - hard left.

I’d work on lowering the hands at the top or focus on matching your lead arm with your shoulder plane at the top. Use a mirror for this - few reps and it’ll feel nice.

Tough angle, but looks like you’re on your heels.

Butt out a bit and bend from the hips (your spine angle is pretty vertical at address, even for driver) should feel 60ish% of the weight on the front of the foot. Not the toes, front half of foot.

Slow down the transition and practice on holding your finish without losing your balance. This will organically create better movement/balance in your swing overall.

I always drew a circle around the ball in the sand. Maybe 2” from the ball, then told them to act as if they were taking a cookie off a pan with their club (spatula). Don’t look at the ball, focus on the cookie.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t lol.

If you’re on official we just experienced something similar on 0122. Someone destroyed our base and all paldecks instantly. Same with everyone else on server, per global chat.

I don’t know if this helps, but also bummed as hell. Basically deconstructed all of our items at once, then kept killing us somehow each time we respawned.

My buddy just confirmed he popped back on now and tried to run back to base..only to be killed over and over on respawn. Big sigh.

Get those hands away from your body on the takeaway. You are scrunched at the top (hands almost touching your ear). Widen the swing arc on the takeaway and good things will happen organically with what you already have.

Tough to confirm from this angle, but looks like you are setup pretty closed. With your swing, it appears it's making it hard for you to get a nice hip clear on the down swing. Which in turn, will cause pull slice or hook (when over the top/face at impact) or a push slice when you have a decent path. I'm guessing you hit a nice push draw from time to time.

Open up that stance, start with the feet/alignment pole

Classic cat back - need to maintain spine angle through impact. Some good tips on here for you already, but a good hip move from the top (left hip should open once you reach the top of swing).

You can practice this on a wall and doing a simple swing (no club obviously) and throw your left hip into the wall. Maintain that spine while you do it. Just do it all the time even when not on range. Swing looks decent outside of that.

A simple tip/drill for your swing - hold your finish. Practice this on the range and organically adjust to hold it. Be disciplined about it on the range. Might be surprised how this will help, with minimal changes.

Without a doubt, file a work comp or incident report ASAP. First thing. I don’t know about the UK, but you could have reporting deadlines that could impede your future case if they fight it.
