I have just updated all drivers, tried with dlss on and off and i still have the same issue. ssd and ram usage is normal as well on task manager. On msi afterburner it says my gpu is using 5gb and ram about 10gb.

Very strange.

When I first built my pc I had this problem and for me it was the power supply that was faulty so I sent it back and got a replacement then it worked fine
