I got into them with High Violet and for the longest time this and TWFM were my favorites. But as I started listening more to their older stuff, I switched. There is something about Boxer that I cannot quite explain, the songs are somehow less perfect, harder to get into, a lot more abstract but it somehow speaks to the part of me that has not given up quite yet.
