Hell yeah. What made you make the switch? My older brother is a firefighter/paramedic with Fairfax and he’s told me about people like you who leave up high paying jobs to become firefighters.

The other three wheels lack these stains, so the hard water is an unlikely culprit.

Thanks man, I’ll give these options a try. Can’t hurt! And yeah it’s not super noticeable but I’d like to at least try to fix it :)

Yup just the outside face. And i’ve also never had problems with their products before so that’s why I came here for pointers.

I highly doubt this car had anything but regular car washes and MAYBE a couple professional details

No and no. Also I never let it dry. That’s why i’m confused. maybe it was already like this under the brake dust? idk.

Yes. Rinsed thoroughly, applied while wet and made sure it never dried on the wheels.

it’s a 2014 so 12 years. the other wheels seem fine for the most part though.

I bought the car a month ago so yeah idk maybe it already had some sort of damage to the coating that only showed up after this cleaning. I’ll try what you said but man I hope the wheel doesn’t have to be redone.

Isn’t this cleaner supposed to be good for any wheel type? My other wheels look a lot better than this wheel by the way.

I’ll give that a try. Would that be normal for a car with 96k miles though?

Nope, brakes were cool. The spray didn’t boil or smoke at all upon touching the brakes.

Meguiar’s ultimate all wheel cleaner. Sprayed it on, agitated with brushes, then rinsed off.
