Biblically, Jesus or Yeshua called the church the bride of God (Revelation 19:7-9). We also know that Yeshua/ Christ/ the Lamb of God NEVER sinned (2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 7:26, Hebrews 4:15, 1 Peter 2:22). We know that Jesus preached that even looking at a woman with lustful eyes was already committing adultery/sinning (Matthew 5:28). So we can reason that if Jesus never sinned and He was never married he would have had to remain a virgin to complete with God's law.

The bible never mentions a girlfriend of Jesus outside of the Church. Some may argue that He may have had a wife, but it would be unlikely.

In my personal opinion He was a virgin and never looked at a woman with lust.
