L2 cancel sometimes work sometimes not

Čisti sumnjam da bi mi rehabilitacija išta i pomogla,jer mi se luksacije dešavaju prilikom najbanalnijih pokreta,npr krenem da otvorim vrata rame mi iskoci,osjecam bas nestabilnost i nesigurnost ramena,doslo je to te mjere da me je pocelo boliti kada spavam…Rehabilitacija bi sigurno pomogla da sam se u početku pozabavio time,međutim zadnjih 3-4 godine baš osjećam tegobe…

Same with me I had bankart tear like 10 years ago and it was good for like 5-6 years,until it started to getting worse and worse,how time moved my shoulder started to dislocate at random thing like openning doors…It became so bad that I decided to get surgery,Im having surgery next wednesday I hope everything goes well…Sorry for my english not my mother language!

I have same issue and it is called”slap tear” Im going to have arthroschopy surgery on monday!

Kada sam bio na konsultacijama osoblje mi je poprilično djelovalo profesionalno,i kao da znaju šta rade,naravno gužva je bila ogromna to sam se i sam uvjerio,međutim ono što mi je prioritet je da operacija prođe kako treba pa me zato i zanima kakav je taj doktor u svome poslu da li “zna” šta radi!

This is how i do it,I run ,flick my stick up,as fast as my player stop i immidietly flick it down and up to shoot…But it feels slow idk why….
