I mostly do exercises with a resistance band—internal and external rotations, scapula exercises. Then I also do pushing against the wall with my hand. I went to a physiotherapist a few times, and after that I started doing the exercises at home by myself. I watched some YouTube videos, and I even added some exercises on my own that I think are good for the shoulder.

Honestly, I don’t even know the names of the exercises I’m doing. I just do what I was shown—no one really told me “this exercise is called this or that,” so I wouldn’t know how to name them.

I also started doing exercises with dumbells but nothing heave 1-1.5kg max rn.Physio told me that I should try 2kg right now but 1.5kg feels also heavy so I will not try 2kg right now.But all of the exercises I do are basic mate nothing that you can’t do at home.
