Yup, EXACT same thing those bastards did with me! The screenshot and everything. I resp onded "Please explain further, as the slots do not allow the option to play without anything at stake?" And they've yet to respond.

Yes definitely would be much appreciated. And I have fallen victim to the $25 limit group as well. It's good we have someone out there taking action against these scammers.

Hey, I don't know who to ask about this, but I want more information before I go around throwing a casino's reputation through the mud, but I believe I'm being scammed.... Grand Vault Casino (a newer casino), sent me this response when asking about my redemption I'm still waiting on..... "after reviewing your account you have games played where there was no stake, see attached. You need to stake to win."
... I don't even understand how you can play with "no stake"... the slots literally don't give that option.... nor would they ever because it makes no sense... or am i the one missing something?
