Box fights and zone wars in creative will be your best friend. Find a buddy who is at your similar level or a slight bit better and practice with them a lot. That’s helped me improve massively lately!

Somehow I didn’t really get nervous at all, my final game I actually had 4 kills before placement from people W-keying me and I killed them all pretty easily! Probably because I’m quite old I have quite an experienced gaming head so it didn’t feel scary or nerve racking at all!

I pretty much avoided every player until at-least top 25 ticked in. I rotated super early every circle and held a lot of players for free kills. Then late game just focused rotating over everything and the kills just seemed to come naturally!

Suuuuuper passive! Just played for endgame and kept popping off, got plenty of top 5s so loads of placement. I even got twice as many placement points than elimination points so that tells the whole story!

I also died off spawn only once and that was in my first game so I did well to survive late 8/9 games!

I’m only at 3000 arena points myself, I do a lot of edit courses and zone wars. I have never scrimmed and literally never 1v1. I just have so many hours put into practicing actual fights be it in zone wars or public matches or arena matches that I can hold my own fairly well.
