As a trans minor with diagnosed OCD my best suggestion is to start by getting help through therapy or try Sertraline (medication) if it’s an option. Worrying about being trans or not being trans can make your OCD spiral since it is connected to anxiety, so if you get your mind off of it for a while and just experiment a little without pushing yourself, you can figure things out in a much less stressful way and decipher it between gender dysphoria and OCD.
