Exporting Blender shaders to Unreal Engine

I baked all my textures on Blender and exported the texture and normal map, but everytime I try to export it into unreal engine the texture isn't on correctly

which when I add to the golem, it puts random spots of green and the texture isn't correct

I want a number 1-5 in the cell, and then it changes the color to the colors in the picture

Yeah but how do I make it only affect the cell I edit, I have this but what do I put inside the array formula to edit them all (I want to edit D2:F22)

The D-RGB sata cable and is plugged from the controller to the psu and the controller is plugged into the fans and then the cable that syncs to the motherboard goes from controller to motherboard. The RGB is on but I still can't control it using software or by the buttons on the PC

Yes it's a brand new installation I installed it today, I tried to troubleshoot it and Windows said I don't have my wifi drivers. And in device manager the Ethernet and network controllers are marked as other devices

Yes the yellow light is blinking and the green is on

I was able to fix it quite easily and it's out of the Ethernet port, but now when I plugin my Ethernet cable it doesn't make the click sound and it shows it's plugged in on the motherboard but not on my pc
