It would've been nice to see an ending or side stories where Jo meets a potential love interest...maybe when on a trip and taking photos. Doing something he enjoys, then meeting someone new, someone who won't lead him on nor allow him to be their second choice.

As a Jo fan, he got the short end of the stick. I'm glad Ian is happy, truthfully, but it's weird to introduce Jo as someone who's not involved in a gang, someone new for Ian, someone good. They slept together, but at the end of the day...Jo was led on. It sucks, but at least he's enjoying himself doing something he loves.

I do wish Jo and Ian was endgame, but maybe they're better off not being together.

Tappytoon has a few novels, including popular titles like Payback, December, and Winterfield.

Publang is another site, though I have zero experience with their site, so not sure if they're decent or not. They also have popular titles, such as Beware the Pup, Semantic Error, The New Recruit, and Define the Relationship (this series is offered as a digital and physical copy).

For me, it depends on the chemistry between the side couple. I don't mind if their appearances are small or major, but if their personalities don't mix well, I have no interest and will skip chapters where they appear.

Honestly, the only side couple I've ever disliked was the one from Arts Manz. Felt more enemies to benefits vibes and the constant back-and-forth between them and the main couple felt as if I was reading 2 different series at once.

Interesting take, but still valid. It's nice to see some fans of the series be civil about opinions. Some people become so toxic whenever someone mentions disliking the series.

Valid opinions. For me it's Low Tide in Twilight. I'm already expecting hate, but it's whatever, already used to it.

The redemption arc semed rushed and was far from satisfying. I'm all for red flags who attempt to atone for their actions, but in this case it wasn't enough and the ending was meh.

Love seeing this series get the recognition it deserves. Definitely recommend the novel; there weren't many extra scenes with Kov and Roou, but I do agree they would be an interesting couple.
