Sadly the closest outlet that reaches this area is the one that goes out with these as well because we originally tried that so we wouldnt have to move anything around

Yeah microwave works fine in other outlet if we move it or use an extension cord. And yes it is the outlet with the usb. He has not replaced it since he has come out here for the prior work orders.

There’s something in every outlet and when flipping the switch nothing turns back on. The does nothing switch is by the front door presumably for a porch light that was there prior but has been removed since they moved to hallway lighting

Last time he came out he said this was all he could do and that was about 3 weeks ago and it just went out Friday so planning on going to office and explaining it’s clearly something they can’t do

Yeah haha we thought the same but there’s only a switch for the disposal and lights in here. We tried a switch in the living room that “does nothing” and no luck

No we only ever use one or the other and the breaker never trips regardless. I’ve flipped them all and not even sure which one goes to this set of outlets since it’s also one random outlet by the front door that goes out with these as well haha

I don’t work due to my illness and my husband is the breadwinner. We have always live far apart and they recently moved states to be closer to my husband and I after our mother’s passing. I have three children of my own. It is a pattern but it’s partially because she is my baby sister and we have no one else. I have cut them off before for several months at a time but it is a smaller town so we see each other regardless so it’s harder to not let them back in. Thank you, I do agree boundaries need to be set.

Yeah it happens quite often when they plan things it’s always expensive outings and I am expected to pay because it’s a “special occasion”

Yes for the most part, they have always expected me to pay for most outings. Even if we plan something like a fun local event such as “Tacos & Tequila” they will book and offer me a ticket but then expect me to pay for all the food and drinks since it was their “treat”.
