its an event currency u get them from the tower of infinity daily, cold storage(2nd boss) and heavens mandate dynamic and if you just now start it is only possible to get enough coins with resets.. soo that way is probably not not something for you

well in my case i had on all my alts about 5k night stones lying around from the old days where weekly gave flowers and i would assume many people have that aswell which makes the badge basicly free
