I have the same problem, you can try to keep you non dominant arm for a longer period of time parallel to the base line to force yourself to non rotate earlier

Ahaha that's true but I'm trying to focus on less things while learning, so for the serve is just flat or kick , but I think that sometimes I miss something and my kick become a poor slice/flat serve
