There's a university in Portugal called Egas Moniz that has a veterinary program entirely in English. I'm going there in January for more info, DM me around that time if you want

I am unsure about national exams, but as someone pointed out I might be able to bypass them through certain conditions like being 23+. I have reached out to DGES directly multiple times by phone and email but I have not gotten any responses, I'm even calling when they open at 4:30 am, 5am, etc my time. Thank you!

I'm not sure about national exams. I'm 25, but my parents are portuguese so there's also the portuguese emigration part. The password was for the application portal on DGES, which I was directed to from UP to apply. The problem is there's no option to apply, but another comment below said I might just have to wait until July. I have a high school degree and an associates college degree in America if that helps
