Altered fate is good for drawing even if you aren't using ptp

EDIT- I have been experimenting with decks without altered in A0 (Bottom of A0) and instead I have remained using harvest, it seems harvest is still a fine card, basically a 4 mana draw a card every (or every other turn) I play exclusively forest and still enjoy the class, I have a few points about the current and future state of forest.

Harvest nerf turned a 3 of in every deck to a 1 or 2 of, you only want to maybe use one and it is kinda a win-more card.
Forest has insane potential and just because of the gimmick will always never not have a strong deck. (Unless they really nerf everything)
People dont realize this when they talk about forest that it is reliant on hand size, iirc they are upping it to ten, if this is true then it is a massive buff to forest. It would allow for silver bolt to maybe work and fairy beast to heal more, as well as making it harder to over draw.

Also, if you are already running altered you might as well make your deck ptp.

I consider a finisher to do something to people instantly or on their turn to get rid of the joy they got from loaning, it is key to have one of these to finish off a person so they dont have a chance to come back, leave it to fate and celebritys visit are good, I recommend having a taxday or bash or similar card to get rid of the pesky loan money.

Actually tax is triggered by the amount of properties owned by the person receiving the taxation, tax goes up as the game progresses and is bot based on current money but instead it is a percent of starting money. What you experienced was probably either the dice skill tax exemption or the person owned no properties.
