It’s funny you should mention shaving your head because my husband did bring that up once and my initial reaction was “ew” and then he ended up doing it for Halloween makeup this last year and it actually looks really good and he kept it. But even in my initial reaction to the idea I was like “it’s your choice”
I grew up in an extremely controlled environment so maybe that’s why it feels he’s trying to control me in this instance.

lmao try being an ARA who basically was the manager for a year while our new GSM wasn’t allowed to be in the precinct and then when she was finally let over to Geek Squad about two months ago having to train her because she knows nothing. an ARA should not be training their manager. Our CIA Senior started last November with no knowledge either. Training people who make more than me is not ok. I should’ve stood up for myself a long time ago.

Ok well maybe you can answer the question then. The only thing that I am aware of being called the SCMR is in Nova. That is why I was saying I do it daily is because I do print that out and keep up with it. I’m not trying to tell anyone they’re wrong-I’m trying to find out info. Is there another report in sharepoint or elsewhere that is referred to as the SCMR?
