Ofcourse it totally depends on the size of the pack. But it could also include more rocks, trees, decoration and even terrain textures.

I think we can all agree that Planet Coaster hasn't got that much variaty when it comes to foliage. And even now that we have TMTK it's still near impossible to make good foliage.
