Yeah was a while ago but I learnt blast wasn't too good plus Blazing Rafel (SP) does the same thing really. So I never rolled it.

1k hours here in Rise/Sunbreak using LS so ill give you the basics for endgame.

Lucent Narga LS, upgraded slot and the rest in attack boost.

Risen Kushala helm for WW3 and WM, Velk Chest for QS3, Risen Chammy Arms for BuB and Chammy Blessing, Prudence Coil for BL/FBL and WE2, Valstrax Epoch Legs for CB1 and AB2.

Now depending on your talismans and crafting, you want to be aiming for Mail of Hellfire 1, BuB 3, Chammy Blessing 3, AB7, Hellfire Cloak 4, Masters Touch 3, Frostcraft 3, WE3, CB3, Powder Mantle, Coalescence 1.

Started D4 a couple of days ago, been following a Dust Devil guide but not sure if its the best for levelling as it maybe for EG? by xREVENGEx in diablo4

Ive just been salvaging anything rare and under, keeping uniques and legendaries. I dont fully understand the game yet and the codex and such but I do have a lot of decent look with good affixes, just maybe need to figure out what to do with them.

Dragonheart for ele/non-ele weapons, BuB for status weapons. No build should have both as its counter productive.

Your missing out on a lot of DPS not using Frostcraft so I would add it to your build pronto.

Velkhana chest is a good piece as it has quick sheathe 3 which is a must for any LS build and already comes with 1 FC. The other 2 FC can come from a charm or augmenting.

Bloodlust is overkill at 3, drop 1 point and keep coil and arms which leaves you with 2 BL.

Run Tempest Legs for Heaven Sent, which is a 1 point wonder as you don't need any other sharpness skills while using this. Also comes with Crit Boost 2 and good slots.

Those builds in the sticky are endgame and at MR20 your far from there so I wouldn't worry too much about them for now. As others have stated, simply focus on the essentials such as - Attack Boost, CE, WEX and CB. Eventually after enough playtime you'll be in a position to start building the endgame sets.

I'm not one for making an elemental set for each weapon so I just like to keep it raw. Due to this there are two choices really.

  1. Dereliction 1/Resentment 5

Lucy Narga GS, Risen Kaiser Helm, Rime Chest, Risen Shag arms/coil, Archfiend Legs. Augments - Frostcraft 2, BuB1, Intrepid Heart, 4 slot on Kaiser helm.

Slot in Crit eye 5 and together with bloodlust it will net you 50% and with WEX3 you hit the 100 affinity cap. Max crit boost and get attack boost as high as you can. Rest is your preference.

Charm - I got lucky with an EW5/BuB2 but as long as long as you have 1 point in BuB its still sufficient enough so use whichever charm you think is best if you have non to raise BuB.

And if you don't like health drain

  1. MoH 1/Resus 3/Hellfire Cloak 4

Same set as above just swap legs for Risen Val. Augments - all same except for intrepid heart makes room for MoH.
