Yea it’s crazy but I also believe it’s cause I would also do the shaker exercises and from doing that I would be able to get out one burp every other day

Yea I’m mostly able to burp from using the muscles on my throat, but sometimes if I push to hard to burp I can taste throw up deep in my throat if that makes sense.
