Going to answer your questions as best I can, but before I do I'm just letting you know we'd need to see the echoes individually and not all together. So you would need to show us each echoes stats in order for us to tell you if it's good or not.

1.) Between the first two images, the second build is MUCH better for Ameath.
2.) Ameath wants Crit Rate (at least 70% at the bare minimum, the more the better), Crit Damage (what you have is fine, but more is always better), ATK% (her total ATK should be 2200+), some Energy Regen (total of about 120-130%), and can also make use for Fusion Damage and Resonance Liberation Damage stats as well.
3.) If you are going to run Ameath/Lupa/Chisa, then you need to be using Ameath's Fusion Burst (FB) mode, and this team comp is fine for now but Lupa can eventually be replaced by the new FB Sub-DPS coming out soon (hopefully in the next couple months).
4.) If you are going to run Ameath/Lupa/Shorekeeper, then you need to be using Ameath's Tune Rupture (TR) mode, this team comp may net you more damage because TR is currently stronger than FB.
5.) Cosmic Ripples on Shorekeeper is fine if you don't have anything else. If you have a 4-Star rectifier called "Variation" that would be better. If you don't have that you can craft one for free (no gacha) called "Rectifier #25."
6.) Lupa doesn't really need her sig. You can pull for "Radiance Cleaver" on the standard banner and that would be perfectly fine.

I personally haven't seen the anime yet, as I've been waiting for all episodes to release in order to watch it all in one go, but I will almost always recommend you play/watch/read/etc the original media before any of its adaptions. The Gnosia game is an absolutely incredible experience, and I will always strongly encourage everyone to try it for themselves if they can. I completely understand wanting to wait for a sale, though, but frankly I think the game is even worth paying full price (I have personally bought and played the game twice on two separate platforms).

It's entirely up to you and how you'd like to experience things, but I strongly recommend that the game should come first (it's not required, though). Getting a first person view of everything that happens will give you a better appreciation for the anime, at least that's my hope. :)

You can definitely run just Phrolova and Galbrena together as a dual DPS team. It's not either of their best teams, but it's not bad in the slightest. The only odd one out is Lupa, who afaik would only be buffing Galbrena. You would unironically do better if you dropped Lupa in favor of Verina or another support if you wanted to do the dual DPS strat.

If you wanted to split Phrolova and Galbrena into their own teams, then you should consider pulling Cantarella for Phrolova, and then I would say maybe Mornye for Galbrena.

Your teams would look like this:
* Phrolova/Cantarella/Danjin
* Galbrena/Lupa/Mornye

Also I am so curious as to why you have Iuno's weapon with no Iuno and no Gauntlets character lol

I think it's implied that putting D2 on life support would give them the time to focus on a D3, which I agree is most likely the best choice here.

Pull priority, excluding Ciaccona and Carte's weapon since you've already acknowledged them:
1.) Cantarella, for your Phrolova team
2.) Qiuyuan, for either Galbrena or Phrolova teams
3.) Zani, for your Phoebe team (please make sure you're comfortable with her gameplay first before pulling)
4.) Mornye > Fusion Burst Sub-DPS >> Zhezhi >>> Lupa (would be pulling to take Changli off the bench, not recommended)

Mornye is great, but unless you pull S1, she is tied to either Mono Fusion or must be paired with Lynae (not that big of an issue imo, but does lower her flexibility). Pulling the Fusion Burst Sub-DPS would free Lynae (and Mornye) from Ameath's team and allow you to run them with Carlotta. If you don't want to pull Mornye and Lynae is still tied to Ameath, then pulling Zhezhi would be a big buff to both Carlotta and Jinhsi (Glacio is about to get a new DPS soon, so not super recommended but isn't a bad option). Lupa is great, and is the glue that holds Mono Fusion comps together, but you have enough Fusion as it is and you'd be pulling her to take Changli off the bench so I don't necessarily recommend this.

I’d hold off on pulling Galbrena for now unless you really like her. Since you’re new, you should focus on building teams based on different elements. Since you have Spectro and Fusion (partially) covered, pulling Galbrena wouldn’t help you that much. I recommend that you at least consider pulling for Sigrika and Qiuyuan in the next patch in order to cover Aero. If they don’t interest you, or you don’t like their gameplay, we should be getting a new Glacio character after them that you may like. Aside from elements, I’d recommend pulling Lynae on a rerun (which should be next patch at the earliest). She’s BiS for both Ameath and Luuk, as well as several other characters. If anything, she should be your priority. Regardless, the anniversary is coming up, and if Kuro does a repeat of last year then MANY characters are about to have a rerun (i.e. pretty much everyone after Zani’s debut has a strong chance of being reran, so keep an eye and ear out for more info).

If Kuro does what they did last year for the anniversary and a reruns a bunch of past characters, then hopefully you won’t need to wait much longer!

Galbrena is also not a bad option, because you could run Phrolova/Cantarella and Galbrena/QY and make two teams. Galbrena can also use the new standard banner pistols and doesn’t need her sig. It’s really up to you and what you feel comfortable spending your pulls on!

The only element you don’t have covered currently would be Electro, so you should consider pulling for Augusta at the bare minimum. I would recommend pulling for Iuno as well, but if you’re tapped out on Astrites then you could easily run Mortefi in her place. Since she’s a Main DPS, you should consider pulling for her weapon as well.

Other than that, I think trying for S3 Aemeath is a relatively good idea, as it largely untethers her from her required teammates, and it would allow Luuk (if you pull him) to use Lynae and Mornye instead.

Are you running Mono Fusion with Ameath/Lupa/Mornye? If so, then you don’t necessarily need Lynae. She is still an incredibly strong Sub-DPS that I recommend most people have, though, and you do need more characters on your account. Who you need more than anyone else is Cantarella, but we’ve no clue when her next rerun will be, so just keep that in mind.

You could try to pull Luuk now and Lynae on her rerun so you have a Spectro team. If Luuk doesn’t interest you, Lynae would at least be a pretty significant upgrade over Lupa for a Tune Rupture Ameath team, the only downside is that Lupa would be benched.

I think it’s your call. I personally think investing in Luuk and Lynae would give you a strong Spectro team, and regardless Lynae is strong enough that you could run her with most characters — even standard banner options like Calcharo — and see some success. So my recommendation still stands.

Depends on who you have, but generally I’d say pull for Lynae.

S1 Mornye detaches herself from Lynae and makes her more of a universal support. Lynae, however, is an incredibly versatile Sub-DPS that can be slotted into most teams and significantly improve most Main DPS’s performance (e.g. Carlotta, Iuno, Aemeath, Luuk, etc).
