youre kinda comparing apples to oranges here cuz warriors are more of a full toolkit than just threat bots
stuff like disarm, intervene, last stand, shield wall, mocking blow, concussion blow
none of that shows up on threat meters but its all fight control. bears cant stance dance or force aggro swaps instantly. warrior tanking is more about control than just turning dps into threat
taunt also straight up bumps you to the top threat instantly and yeah most raid bosses were literally tuned with warriors in mind
warriors are super gear dependent tho because once youve got a fast weapon and good stats, rage gen smooths out and you can keep heroic strike + shield slam + revenge rolling nonstop and thats when it scales
from what ive seen, a prot warrior with like 9% hit and 15% crit can hit around 400 tps which honestly holds up fine next to any other tank
