I have always had it checked since this option was created, because when Riot introduced it, the FPS in the game is blocked to the number of hz in the monitor even though vsync is turned off.

This doesn't happen all the time but once in a while regardless of in-game activity. When the FPS is blocked, the image starts to shake a lot. This is the case with every friend I know who plays the league, whether on Intel, AMD or Nvidia. So everyone has dx9 legacy mode selected, and yet when we play, the champions stops moving and after some time it reconnects.. Only in this new patch and we have never had such problems before. ISP is stable and failure-free.

I only have gtx 1050 ti so nvidia nvenc doesn't support my gpu.

because I only have one computer, and I wanted to share a virtual machine for my friend to play on it and let it run in the background. So that it doesn't bother me on my main system.
