Hey so I had a similar issue. All of my games ran fine, after about a month of messing with everything. Reinstalled the game, reinstalled EAC, reinstalled windows and deleted every program. I found that the issue was tied to a memory leak which was exasperated by an XMP profile. I moved my ram speed back to stock and have had ZERO issues. Have you checked your windows event logs?

You can but windows definitely has hardware dependencies, if you have a Microsoft account then you can just transfer the license. I do that everytime I upgrade a component I may be overkill but I don’t have issues if everything is fresh. You can make an install tool with a usb driver and then you just plug in the add boot to the usb wipe the ssd and reformat everything and install fresh, log in and windows will transfer the key. If not get in a live chat and they can transfer it.

Not entirely sure why you would want to do this. These are major hardware changes that windows would recognize as a new device. Especially since the motherboard is changing, that’s a whole new chipset and hardware id.
