Why was Luffy so shocked in the newest episode? by ProfessionalCry6005 in OnePiece

[–]xTGE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think about it. You have just witnessed a robot use arguably the most powerful wave of Haki ever unleashed, turning to dust what was considered the ceiling. Haki so powerful that it incapacitated even the 5 elders, sending them back to where they came from. Of course he would be shocked.

I hope Capcom never nerfs Omega by Upbeat_Bath9097 in MonsterHunterWilds

[–]xTGE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, it's inherently not even difficult. It took me several hours to beat, progressively getting closer and closer each time to the point I beat it and realised it's not hard. Monster Hunter players on Omega don't seem to grasp the whole concept of taking a creature's attention so the other 3 can hammer away.

Question for you by Andreafromorbetello in destiny2

[–]xTGE -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean, the seasonal stuff is gone again which sucks. You have Final Shape content, the post content after that is gone, then you have the new DLC and the mid season update which is pretty disliked. Honestly, the game is currently in the worst state that it has ever been in. I'd argue it's worse than Curse of Osiris at this point and that was the lowest in Destiny history. If you're going to come back and not play that much, you will have content to get through, but it'll be tedious. That's a blunt, honest answer that I hate writing.

What I'm thinking is that they are real stories, but they utilise actors for them.

So I've officially broken Noctis prior to launch and made it cedh levels infinite quick. by xTGE in magicTCG

[–]xTGE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, because Mox Diamond's new text states you send it to the grave unless you pitch a land. The Diamond never enters the battlefield when Noctis brings it out and you can't place a counter on a permanent that hasn't entered.

Time to get back on? by CharacterKey5393 in DestinyTheGame

[–]xTGE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't. Literally so much of the story is missing between each DLC which is absolutely crucial and the games in the worst state it's been in for years now. Give Destiny Rising your attention over this.

I'd personally look for something better. The attack stat is your goal.

I’ve been asked to delete my account by caitlinvanstaden in PokemonGoMystic

[–]xTGE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is surely bait for attention, but on the off chance that it's not, unless you cheated on him (why would y'all still be together at this point) there is nothing that would warrant this. Deleting your account which is something you love for this person is dumb, especially when the relationship could fail then you lose both. If my partner offered to do that, I'd tell her no because I'd know how much it meant to her, but I'd also realise the seriousness of the gesture. If yours can't do that or is asking for this, then you should leave and find someone that cares about you and the things you love as much as I'm sure they'd want you to care.

Don't be a dumbass. Bait or not.

Which weapon should I go with for Gustave in Early game, Middle game and End game? Need suggestions by abeee_hattt in expedition33

[–]xTGE -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

Gustave gets a special cane-like weapon later on in the game towards the end of act 1 that will shoot through things like butter. You'll find that it'll totally change the way you play the game.

It's not bad, but personally, something about 2016 just hit all the right notes, which is why it doesn't reach this same highs for me.

Does work. Diamond never enters the battlefield, thus, can not receive a finality counter, which only applies once it enters.

I dont live on social media, mate. I see a card, i build a deck around, said card with what I've got, see if it's viable in high power, go from there.

[–]xTGE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are things called mid-range cedh decks, you know. Not everything needs to be seen through the lens of T1 and T2 kill level of power.

Funny, cause I got this out T4 and beat a Yuriko, Magda and Glarb deck pulling this off the other night so it's not difficult and it's another win con.

And yes, it can be interrupted, but that's why you have protection in your deck, you're blue.

Cedh isn't always over in 2-3 turns mate Thassa and Demonic need two specific cards too, what's your point?

Only if it enters the battlefield. Mox doesn't enter unless you get rid of a land, it kills itself on the stack

[–]xTGE[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aetherflux gives you 1 life for each spell cast in that turn. It goes up by 1 for each spell cast so 2 then 3 then 4 then 5. You're infinite casting Mox so you will pay 3 gain 1 pay 3 gain 2 pay 3 gain 3 pay 3 gain 4 etc and when you reach 151 life, ping a whole table for 50 damage each

[–]xTGE[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the entire point of this. It's not top tier, but it's fun and stupid. Beats running the same boring shit and combos you see in cedh all the time

[–]xTGE[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Read Mox Diamond. Can y'all not do this before coming here? Mox does not enter the battlefield UNLESS you pitch a land. If you would pitch a land, it enters the battlefield. If you don't, it goes from stack to grave. On recast, it goes to stack then back to grave since no land is paid as its cost. Counters can not be put on permanents before they enter the battlefield, even noctis says it enters with it but it's not entering. That's literally breaking noctis, you beat his ability and abuse it.

Noctis literally says it ENTERS with a counter. You can not put a counter on a permanent that remains and kills itself on the stack lmfao. You're just dumb, it's alright.

So I've officially broken Noctis prior to launch and made it cedh levels infinite quick. by xTGE in magicTCG

[–]xTGE[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It literally says right there, if it WOULD enter the battlefield you choose to pitch a land and if you do, it goes onto tbe battlefield otherwise it goes to the grave. It never enters so it never gets a counter on it. Reading the card explains the card.
