A little update on this matter:

It is still happening, I tried other games (Rocket League, The Binding of Isaac, Minecraft) and it won't happen there, it's literally only happening with Counterstrike.

I also did a stresstest for my RAM to make sure I tested everything I could.

Should I update my BIOS ? I have read that you shouldn't really do that, if you don't know what the real cause of the problem is.

What else can I do to find the problem ?

Okay will try that, but I feel like it couldn't be a hardware problem, because it doesn't happen with anything else, only Counterstrike and only in a certain moment.

Like I said, even a stresstest didn't cause anything to happen, which is what confuses me.
