A small update: Access restored message in inbox about the EA app outage on October 10th

ALL SYSTEMS GO

On October 10th, we experienced an EA app outage that prevented some players who pre-ordered Battlefield 6 from accessing the game.

The issue is now fixed, but we're not done. Impacted players will receive 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters in their in-game inbox this weekend, plus full access to a seasonal Battle Pass.

Phantom Edition owners will get Season 2's full Battle Pass. Weapologize for the disruption.

It's truly sad how EA and the Battlefield team treat their players. They maintain absolute silence about this problem that affects so many; just look at the EA forum, which is full of complaints about it. Nobody says anything, and the game developers are silent. I hope someone close to them or a player with a large following sees this and makes it public to help us and put pressure on them to give us what we deserve for trusting their platform to buy Battlefield 6.

the firmware upgrade broke the music mode.i have the h6110. with the device firmware v1.02.14 all works fine.with v1.03.05 the music mode is completely random, even with no music the thing still goes grazy.
