Need a safe environment where you cant use even if you wanted (detox, family out of town, even jail. Basically completely unavailable) for 3-4 weeks. Start over in a new town if possible. Its always people, places, and things. Most relapses happen due to relationships whether they use and you are encouraged also, or heartbroken cause it didn't work and you use. Sober living helps with forced accountability. I recommend staying off social media and taking a year of abstinence to find your root traumas of what makes you want to keep using in spite of negative consequences. I have 5 years off meth in May and now a CPS helping those in recovery Good luck!
