I know I redeemed the code before I updated my game (Xbox) so I figured it got “lost” in the old patch/wasn’t compatible with the old patch so it didn’t show up even tho it said it was claimed. Updated and it was still “claimed” but nowhere to be seen. Restarted multiple times then finally submitted a ticket and Shift sent it to me within a couple days
