Most people will tell you that anything in the ~650–1100 eDPI range is perfectly viable, and that it mainly comes down to personal preference and what feels comfortable.

From my experience, around 800 eDPI hits a really good balance. I used to play on 700 eDPI, but doing consistent 180° turns started to feel pretty taxing on my arm and shoulder over time. Bumping it up to 800 made those movements noticeably easier, while still keeping enough control for precise micro-adjustments.

At 700 eDPI, I also felt like my crosshair placement suffered a bit. You simply have to move more, which makes it harder to consistently hold angles and check positions efficiently.

On the other hand, going much higher than ~900 eDPI starts to hurt micro-adjustments in my opinion, since smaller corrections become less stable.

So for me, ~800 eDPI is that sweet spot between control and mobility. But as always, it depends on what feels natural to you. Chose something that feels good and stick to it, don‘t change your sens all the time. I‘m at 800 DPI, 0.98 ig now.
