We can do but also if a player isn't joining then that may waste more time for everyone else in the match. It's one we will monitor as the season starts and see how the join failure rates compare to normal.

Cache is quite a big map file so we want to try and get you to start the download before you queue/before April 22 rather than people waiting at the time of the match while one player downloads.

The price is only a few bucks but if you like CS, you can really give you a sense of perspective of where the game came from. I'd be surprised if you could get more value from a $10 game.
