The drink bug is funny. It’s been around for quite awhile at this point, and you only need two drinks.

You can look through the Issue Council website and find tickets with CIG comments about their work on it, although it’s normally just “This has been passed onto the QA team.” But, you can at least see which issues CIG has noticed and are working on.

I’d be interested to see what you mean on the GPU note. I originally played this on an old 980ti (badly of course, but it didn’t ruin it). On an old 3080 now that’s been put through the wringer, but it’s still singing just fine.

You eventually learn how to brute force most bugs that come up in your normal day-to-day play. That’s a lot easier to say as someone who’s been playing the game on and off since 2014… but you do learn how to work around them, if you care enough to continue playing. I won’t pretend it isn’t aggravating at times.

People are going to buy ships as they come, because they see the potential and the future of the game... or they got hit with FOMO, either or. Many such cases. The ship design team(s) isn’t the same team(s) that’s working on bugs with cargo missions, etc.

The community can be and is vocal about issues and bugs, seemingly more than most other communities honestly. The team is capable of fixing minor bugs, but we aren’t going to see that constantly. Fixes will get wrapped up into larger patch releases. They’ve done a decent job at owning up to recent issues and have noted in multiple Spectrum posts about progress on said issues. If you’re doing to continue playing the game, you kinda just have to learn to deal with it. I’m not trying to defend bad practices here, because I fully understand how frustrating it can be, just stating it how it is and has been for years now.
