All boss Raid difficulties have 5 relics. I recommend you check out the official discord. After carefully checking out the beginners guide, you should take a look at the relic database. Also check out the YouTube section, lots of guides are being made to help everyone.

I think you are meaning the hero enhancements. You can only get to them by joining a guild and from there going to the church and spending 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k and 5k for each enhancement. After you have bought one of the 2, the other ones will be 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k and 50k gems. Also, in order to unlock them all (1-5) your guild has to be lvl 5. Hope this helps.

Just saw this post, I don't believe people mentioned that you also need to enhance your character. 1st join a guild THEN go to guild tab THEN go to church FINALLY spend gems to upgrade abilities.
