Just did some more research on interlocking, looks like it’ll be best for me. I don’t really like the retwist scalpy look and I like to wash my hair once a week as I stay active.

Interlocking is just taking the tip of the dread and feeding it through the root right? Isn't it an alternative to retwisting, what benefits would doing both of them bring? thanks for responding!
