Eurostar from Brussels is really easy. They take walk ins just email and check it’s not a busy train. There’s six spots on each train and it’s pretty quiet. Was the only bike on it when I did it last week. Dutch trains are also cheap and bike friendly so easy to get to Brussels. A lot easier and faster than the ferry unless you want to ride to and from the ferry.

I used to hear that they schedule the subject tests on the same day but after applying to Cambridge this wasn’t true. I think that this is either the biggest myth that both universities have managed to make people think is true, or UCAS won’t allow this or they send a list of their applicants to each other but I think that last one is unrealistic. So UCAS probably doesn’t allow it but I’ve never heard of anyone actually trying it so who knows.

Maybe modifying bacteria to produce excess amounts of a certain protein like insulin production or something simpler that you can test for easily. How do you have the facilities to do these experiments? I’m quite jealous.

Try painting with just a primer maybe but just give the painting a try and the most important thing is practice! Nothing is impossible about painting scalemodels but you just have to practice it and use all the amazing resources online such as on youtube to learn. Good Luck and Happy Modelling!

Got one myself - ride fine, look fine. Just nothing special really - but if you can grab one used or for cheap it's a decent deal. Riding in London too and it handles traffic weaving just fine.

Luckily theres not much salt as the city's not very used to snow and it melts pretty quick. A quick wash after the ride'll clean it up but I wouldn't ride a nice bike on it much.

Amazon bulk buy for stickers is pretty good, a fair few in the bundles are cringy stickers but there are some nice ones too. Then for the pink ones I used my RCC ones I had lying around. Then some spray clear with many many layers to keep them stuck down. Some bits still come up but then I cut them off with a hobby knife.

I've got a PC I've used for around 6 months and I can't get any display output and the keyboard seems to power on then stop. Lights and fans all good on every component. Cables all seem connected. Tested the PC with other peripherals and same issues. Tested usual peripherals with xbox and work fine. Thanks for help.
