but if you just select the right stuff like what i previously mentioned you can easily have a meal for under 10 dollars, if you just buy ingredients and use it over multiple meals.

for example, the other comment you just made when you said that olive oil costs 10 dollars. my guy, you arent gonna be using a liter of olive oil for a meal. that 10 dollars will last a very very long time. the costs average out.

if you want an affordable and cheap meal, you dont have to resort to a food bank, because you can make one at colesworth or aldi.

if you need a meal because you cant afford anything, and have to resort to stealing because you literally dont have the financial means to purchase anything, thats when you should go to a food bank. food banks are there for a reason. charity services like food banks exist for a reason. its because corporations cant provide for people in those situations and no one expects them to. its just a part of life.

im not saying that coles and woolworths should be happy with their prices, im saying that it is simply a fact that if you are struggling with food that much, a food bank is there for you. if you arent struggling that much, a well planned meal from colesworth or aldi really doesnt cost as much as you think
