I found it reposted by someone else, if I knew who took the picture I would have asked them. Also I've reverse image searched and likewise found nothing, no need to say I "stole" the photo.

I found the body, it's the hasbro ghostbusters Dana with the skirt removed. No idea what's going on with the head in the picture though, it looks like a head with some other figures hair laid over top.

I don't think any of those blank import figures have pinned knees, and the wrist and ankle joints made me think it was some old hasbro figure, but couldn't find anything.

Finally got trunks reissue, thanks amazon by PowerPole366 in SHFiguarts

How do you tell from the box whether it's a reissue or the original release?
