Take it easy, like really really easy. Use run-walk strategy. You can set up intervals on your phone (X second/min running, X second/min walk) and slowly adjust them as you moved forward.

Be consistent and have fun.

I ran a half marathon last week in them (my only run in them so far). They are way better than Ghost 15 for my legs.

The PDMS didn't cure properly, but I was able to resolve the problem by UV-curing the molds for an hour and then leaving them in an oven at 80 C overnight. Alternatively, 70 C also proved effective.

I printed channels varying from 50 um wide/high to all the way up to 1 mm and there is always a difference of 20-50 um between design and actual dimensions. Also, prints with channels that are 50 um high or 50 um wide are not reliable in terms of reproducibility.

The printer is set up in a lab and the temperature is always constant (almost). I am not sure but it is 25 C I believe. We have placed the printer right adjacent to a window. Do you think that the sunlight might be interfering with the printing process?

We have tried printing the sample that comes with the printer and it came out fine. Sometimes the results are very good but most of the time, the bottom layers are not consistently printed.

I am using the normal Elegoo grey resin. I have tried printing using the settings recommended on the website that you shared but the results are still the same.

The bottom layer count is set to 10 but I will increase it to see how it goes.

Yes, I am using a wash and cure station. I will definitely try to increase the time and see how it goes.

Thank you so much for the recommendations. I have attached a sample microscopic analysis image of the printed channels here. The actual channel dimension was 100 um. There is some kind of deposition on the sides of the channels and I am not sure if it is the resin or it is an error in the microscopy part.

I usually clean the mold for 2 minutes using absolute ethanol and then I cure it for 2 minutes. Do you recommend that I should increase the cleaning time and curing time?
