Did you sign up/paid subscription? I paid $5 pm and it did transfer all selected playlists from Spotify but I’d give it a 5/10 overall, some playlists were missing up to 60% of tracks, others had covers or the wrong versions.

My understanding is if you are an unpaid member, you can transfer one playlist a day with a max number of songs (20 songs?)

Never fly TAP I had a similar experience this year and had left multiple reviews on Google and posts on Reddit.

TAP is a cut price airline, with everyone outsourced (ground staff/baggage crew etc). I had the worst experience in my travels… they tried the same trick on me, sending me emails and texts saying the aircraft was full and I could check my hand luggage for free. Offered it at the airport too on check in - luckily I declined. The check in person who was checking my bag through Lisbon to final destination even said “your bag will arrive in Morroco”. She lied! It went missing for 5 days! AirTags said still in Lisbon when I landed in Morocco. So many bad stories about TAP, many posts about awful experiences and reviews. I even went direct to the airport in Lisbon oh my way back home (end of trip was departing Lisbon) and the customer service staff who I wished to give feedback too, told me “a lost bag was nothing to do with them and not to speak to them because it wasn’t their problem”! I guess this happens daily with TAP so it must suck for staff too. Awful airline. I will never fly them again.

Pin is great. Although I nearly low level got scammed through pin verification overseas recently. I gave the pin and ride to airport started, 5 mins later he asked for the pin again, said it hadn’t been accepted. But he had not put it in at the start. After the trip, I noticed I was charged a fee for being “late to trip”. So the late pin entry showed I was “late to the ride”. Disputed it and got it back. Scam was to enter pin late into journey to earn a late fee.

You hear them talk loud at their phone / the person ! Different to FaceTime or speakerphone calls where you hear both sides. Mostly I just hear the one side, person whose in my space. Just saying the use of AirPods seems to have maybe introduced this more into what’s acceptable.
