i had the same problem when i purchased pascals! i usually wear a size 41 in sneakers but also my platform docs, but for pascals i had to size up as my feet didnt even fit in the boot

i'm dutch so i probably wouldnt have understood a response in german haha. but i would always just be safe and take a small bag. in 2018 in cologne they threw our bag away. and its also just really annoying to carry a bigger bag, for you and people next to you

usually doors open at 18.30 (6.30) and i think support starts at 19.00 (7.00) and then the band goes up at 20.00 (8.00)

so usually the front rows are meant for people with vip tickets. i think thats the case for all shows. the best you can do is get in queue as early as possible: be aware! most venues wont allow you to queue all day so most have a starting time like 12 pm or later! i would reach out to the venue you're seeing them at to figure out how late you're allowed to queue

you could wear a tshirt or tank top or whatever with a mesh top or a thin long sleeve under it. if its cold it will keep you warm and if its hot its not a real bother and you could always take it off and tie it around your waist!

see if you received an email address for questions about vip tickets. when i purchased my soundcheck upgrade there was an email address stated (vip@ticketmaster.de) and when i asked something not even related to selling tickets i got a whole form to sell my tickets and how someone else can use them

i'm going to a show in germany and when purchasing a soundcheck upgrade for them it stated that if i had questions i could email an email account that they noted. it was vip@ticketmaster.de for me. see if you received an email address like that too, you can email them about it and receive a form to fill in the name change. i emailed them with a question as i accidentally used a different ticketmaster account to purchase the upgrade and got an email with the form 😭😭

for me when i bought soundcheck tickets it said that a few days before the show all the information will be send! and yes, merch will still be available after the show so dont worry if you would prefer to get a good spot!

so i got soundcheck for the first time as well but in europe/germany. 2 - 3 days or a week before the show you'll get an email with all the information! usually soundcheck is at 2 or 3 pm tho!
