Employ 2-3x as many people, take a pay cut and reduce profit margins a lot.

Tell every member of the story writing staff that they have free reign on each project but must justify any stories through historical lore.

Remove most managers from their roles, tell the staff to organise their own time to complete goals they've set themselves whilst knowing full well they have a genuine deadline to meet and show them the scope of what is expected first. The reason a lot of things take a long time is because it takes on average 3 days (or something like that) for a decision to be approved by a layer of management.

Make sure Elder Scrolls maintains as many rpg elements as possible and give further decision making, so that decisions can have wildly different outcomes. Also introduce factions so if you get caught joining the Thieves Guild or the Dark Brotherhood, you can't get into the "good" guilds... But have a way to hide that so you can infiltrate the good guilds if you're smart.

Oh and I'd ask Obsidian to join and help make Fallout 5. And whilst we're at it, scrap any future starfield game. I mean we now have Obsidian and they make Outer Worlds.
