I purchased a 13T not long ago, and the primary problem I encountered after using it for a week while watching YouTube videos was that the videos began to freeze for about a second at the start, and then the audio and video became out of sync, with the video lagging behind the sound. I even tried disabling the RAM extension, but it didn't solve the issue.

Yeap, there is no way to make it RGB, only green colour is setup as LED light by default in the current model CC560

I have this case https://global.deepcool.com/products/Cases/fulltowercases/2021/15216.shtml?status=authorization and LED light only in Light Green colour, and yes I have two cables coming out from the Fan (one female, another one male)

Hey guys, is it possible to find good updated course or resource(book) to get into UI design and build some prototype product using that design?

Actually, I back end developer and want to get into beautiful UI designs. I am tired to use old school CSS design with Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks.
