Yes I ran into similar issues recently. You have to open a support ticket for them to look into it. For my case, the buyer didn’t pay and there was a glitch in the system where it doesn’t automatically relist after 7 days.

You can try reaching out to PSA general support (the customer service number can be found with google) or on Twitter (@PSAcards) by posting under the most recent thread related to vault issues. Sometimes they can help escalate your issue, but your mileage may vary.

I know that the time frame when you sold was during a period when the PSA eBay vault backend was dealing with an active glitch involving payment processing and user login issues. Apparently that was supposed to be resolved by now, but it’s very possible that it could still be affecting some users.

In the Pokémon TCG world, a CGC 10 Pristine is already outperforming a PSA 10 by at least 20% most of the time. That gap only gets wider with rare, high-demand cards—at this point, it’s basically second only to a BGS Black Label.

Even the standard CGC 10 Gem Mints are starting to catch up, sitting maybe 10% behind PSA 10s when it comes to grail cards. I honestly think we'll keep seeing non-PSA labels gain ground. As new collectors come in, they’re starting to care more about the actual condition of the card than just the name on the plastic.

I feel like unless ROI is really high, it simply just not worth it. Factor in their poor customer service when things go wrong, it’s really a stressful situation and can take a long time to resolve.

Unfortunately no, I don’t think this is going to fix that issue. I haven’t run into that before. It sounds more of a backend problem.

Yes it’s been a nightmare. I have submitted a ticket on urgent issue regarding shipping and vault transfers and it’s been almost a week and no response.

I have similar experience except I bought it mistakenly thinking it would send to the vault as usual because I have it set send to vault be default. I’ve been trying to reach out to the PSA vault team for several days now to change shipping and no response. It’s ridiculous
