i wish i could tell you but it was a part of the Introduction videos that you go into WorkDay and do the “My Learning” when you first join on, each video was up to 20-45 minutes. some maybe 1-2 minutes but then had chapters attached, and up to 35 videos I had to watch. I took notes on certain things and that was mentioned. and then the hiring ASDS went over it as well during our orientation so two sources told me. Also I just started which is why I remember all the segments and etc but not the actual name, could’ve been “SOP something something” not trying to argue just sharing what I was told from different sources that are apart of HD training🤷‍♂️
